In 2026 the lunar calendar marks the Year of the Horse. Independent, charismatic and adventurous, the horse is said to bestow many positive characteristics on people born during its years of influence. To celebrate the year of the horse this coin incorporates a rotating gold-plated sterling silver bead resembling a horse. It is surrounded by four illustrated horses in varying poses, set amid stylised foliage.
