The official unveiling of the first Holden at the Fisherman's Bend Factory in Melbourne on the 29th November 1948, marked the beginning of Australians embracing locally produced Holden vehicles. Possessing high performance and reliability, the Holden became the 'workhorse' for Australian roads whether on city streets or the rough terrains of the Outback. This collection comprises nine genuine Australian Pennies, each plated in 24-carat gold and enhanced with an exclusive enamelled Holden 'workhorse'.
