2026 $2 Our Animals Our Country PNC

Part of Our Animals, Our Country, this stamp series celebrates the Gudanji language during the UNESCO’s International Decade of Indigenous Languages, a global initiative to preserve and promote First Nations languages. The design features artwork by acclaimed Gudanji, Wakaja and Kalkadoon artist Ryhia Dank, aka nardurna, whose vibrant style reflects the deep connections between animals, language and Country. Ryhia is also an Ambassador of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) - an organisation Australia Post has proudly supported since 2020 to help deliver culturally relevant books and learning resources to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities.
