Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is the third studio album by iconic Australian hard rock band AC/DC. Released on 20 September 1976, in Australia (where it peaked at number 5 on the charts) and overseas, the album was not released in the USA until 1981, once the band had reached a level of popularity with Highway to Hell (1979) and Back in Black (1980) though this meant that the album wasn’t released there until more than one year after lead singer Bon Scott’s death. The album peaked at number 3 on the US charts.
