2019 Abacus 2oz Silver Antiqued Coin

Struck by The Perth Mint from 99.99% 2oz silver, the reverse design features travelers riding camels along the ancient network of trade routes referred to as the ‘Silk Road’ and items that were typically traded such as textiles, fruit, fragrances and spices that are represented in the foreground. Merchants traditionally used an abacus to keep an inventory of commodities being bought and sold along the route.

The coin is presented in a contemporary latex case which displays both sides of the coin and is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
