2018 50c Ford Motorsport Legends 1971 XY Falcon GT-HO Phase III PNC

The culmination of the V8 muscle race between Ford, Holden and Chrysler culminated in Ford’s 1971 XY Falcon GTHO Phase III. Allan Moffat’s Track Red version of this 5.8-litre four-door sedan became an icon of Australian motor racing. With its iconic 351 cubic-inch Cleveland V8 engine and massive Holley carburettor, the Phase III saw Moffat reign supreme at Bathurst in 1971, with Ford gaining a spectacular 1-2-3 finish.
