2017 $10 Next Generation First Prefix AA17 Uncirculated Banknote

The release of the second of Australia's next generation of banknotes emphasises the introduction of cutting-edge technology that will keep Australia's banknotes at the forefront of polymer innovation. To help keep Australia's banknotes secure from counterfeiting into the future, the new $10 banknote displays the same range of innovative security features as shown on the $5 banknote. These include a distinctive top-to-bottom window, flying sulphur-crested Cockatoo, reversing '10' and rolling colour effect. This generation of banknotes also has a tactile feature to assist the vision-impaired community identify the value of different denominations of banknotes.
