2014 Mint Set

The image of the strong and resilient kangaroo is no stranger to Australian coins. It has stood tall on the Australian Coat of Arms which has graced pre-decimal coins released in 1910 and 1911. The Kangaroo also leapt effortlessly across the 1938 penny and half-penny; and proudly inhabited the reverse of our $1 coin since its introduction thirty years ago.
