Rockhopper Penguins are the smallest of the crested penguins with distinctive yellow crests. They occupy rocky islands in the southern Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans. Their diet consists mainly of krill but they also feed on other crustaceans, some cephalopods and occasionally fish. Although they weigh only about 3 kilograms, they can dive to about 80 metres. But they usually hunt at depths of 25-30 metres.
