Bindi is a female crocodile that is 2.9 metres in length and weighs 120 kilograms. Bindi was caught by Steve Irwin as a part of the East Coast Crocodile Management Program and has been at Australia Zoo for over 25 years. Bindi is considered to be one of the best mother crocodiles at Australia Zoo. When building a nest and protecting her babies she is amazing, nothing can get near her babies without her permission.
