2011 $1 Wallabies Men of Gold 1oz Silver Coloured Proof Coin

The Australian Rugby Union team sponsored by Qantas, then known as the Qantas Wallabies. The team competes annually with New Zealand and South Africa in the Tri-Nations Series. The coin’s reverse depicts a Wallabies player in action holding a rugby ball. The design features the famous Wallabies green and gold colours and official logo, as well as the inscription MEN OF GOLD 2011 and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
