2010 $1 Shanghai World Expo Pavilion Mascot 1oz Silver Coin

Taking place between 1 May and 31 October, the Shanghai World Expo 2010 is the largest expo the world has ever seen. The reverse depicts Peng Peng, the Australian pavilion’s kookaburra mascot, in colour. Authorised by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the coin’s design also includes the Australian pavilion logo in colour, the Chinese characters for ‘Peng Peng’ and The Perth Mint's ‘P’ mintmark.
