2006 Mint Set

‘C’ day on 14 February 1966 marked a special day in Australia’s history when the nation’s currency officially converted to the dollars and cents system. The Royal Australian Mint’s 2006 eight coin Uncirculated Set commemorates the 40th anniversary of Australia’s change to decimal currency. Included in this special coin set are Australia’s 1 and 2 cent coins, not seen since 1991.
