2002 Mint Set

The Australian Outback is a part of Australia both geographically, and ideologically, that has never been defined and may mean something different to every Australian. This six coin Uncirculated Set commemorates this mystical, undefined area. Specifically developed by the Royal Australian Mint, to celebrate the Year of the Outback. The $1 coin displays the official logo of the Year of the Outback, while the 50c coin depicts that well known Australian icon, the once prevalent windmill.
